Text Box: A little note about shipping puppies or anything else as far as that is concerned around the holiday session. As you can imagine the closer to Christmas we wait to ship anything the higher of a chance we are taking that our package won’t be under the tree at Christmas. So with that said I will schedule shipping whenever you the client wants me to but if for any reason the airlines bumps us or cancels the flight we had confirmed for your puppy or if bad weather moves in that makes us unable to get your puppy to you on time, don’t say I did not tell you what could happen and have patients because we will get your puppy to you, it might just be a few days after Christmas. As of right now the company we are shipping through is taking puppies to the airport 6 days a week but that could change. Usually they make special efforts to even ship more puppies around the holiday session to better serve their customers. Here’s my special tip: I highly recommend that you have us ship your puppy at least 7 days in advance to Christmas to ensure your puppies arrival. That probably means you’ll need to keep the puppy at someone else’s home to keep the surprise from the person getting surprised. Normal weeks I ask my clients to have their puppies paid in full 7 days in advance to have enough time to make their flight, for Christmas or any holiday I ask for you to have your puppy paid for two weeks in advance to the flight so I can get the flight request in early enough to get a spot on the plane. DON’T PANIC if we are already well beyond that point, don’t distress because I will do everything I can to get your puppy on a plane in time for Christmas, I just want everyone to know there’s a lot of planning involved in shipping a puppy and it’s nice to have time to plan.
